Skyline Metal Roofing is ASC Building Products’ most popular standing seam roofing product. It offers a balance of performance, value, ease of installation, and a wide range of colors, making it ideal for residential re-roofing and new build projects.
Skyline Metal Roofing is a 26-gauge standing seam profile with a 1” tall rib and panel coverage of either 16” or 12”. This standing seam panel features a snap-together interlock and pre-punched nailing flange to increase installation ease and speed. Skyline Metal Roofing features a concealed fastened panel design that helps extend the lifespan of the metal roofing solution and reduces the risk of water infiltration. Skyline Metal Roofing can be used for standing seam projects down to a roof pitch of 3:12.
Designed to meet any standing seam metal roofing vision, Skyline Metal Roofing is available in a wide range of DuraTech™ xl colors. DuraTech™ xl colors can feature cool reflective pigments designed to reflect heat and lower building cooling costs. DuraTech™ xl colors offer a limited lifetime warranty fo residential applications, are accredited by the Cool Roofing Rating Council (CRRC) and offer a strong balance of value and performance.
All ASC Building Products standing seam profiles achieve Class A Fire Rating when installed on a noncombustible deck or framing per IBC, IRC, or when installed in accordance with UL listings UL790. Our products are independently verified to meet the structural and fire resistance properties of the stringent International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), California Building Code (CBC), and California Residential Code (CRC).
